Jog to the B-school for some leg work:
Walking lunge
Box jumps, air squats, jump lunges, single leg squats
Repeato x a few

Jog to a dark alley.
Peoples chair, BTTW with some presses
Repeato

Jog to some parking lot.
Partner carries, wheelbarrows
