YHC began a tribute to the underappreciated date of July 2nd solo. I was please to share the discomfort of this workout when @brotox joined me after hitting another AO for an early double dip. Without him, I’m confident my will to complete the following would have waned.

Warm Up: 18 Good Morning IC, 18 SSH IC, 18 Hill Billy’s IC & 18 WMH IC

ME: Mosey around traffic circle to school entrance to commence punishment in the car rider line area. Using today’s date as a reminder we, me for the first round, traveled from space 7 to space 2 and back (Since school is out and there were no numbers, I believe it was much further) in various ways.

Round one: Bear crawl from 7 to 2, complete 18 crab jacks, Bear crawl from 2 to 7, complete 18 crab jacks, bear crawl from 7 to 2, complete 18 crab jacks, bear crawl from 2 to 7, complete 18 crab jacks

Round two: Reverse lunge walk from 7 to 2, complete 18 merkins, reverse lunge walk from 2 to 7, complete 18 merkins, reverse lunge walk from 7 to 2, complete 18 merkins, reverse lunge walk from 2 to 7, complete 18 merkins

Round three: Crawl bear from 7 to 2, complete 18 jump squats, crawl bear from 2 to 7, complete 18 jump squats, crawl bear from 7 to 2, complete 18 jump squats, crawl bear from 2 to 7, complete 18 jump squats

Round four: Walk from 7 to 2, 18 burpees, Walk from 2 to 7, 18 burpees, Walk from 7 to 2, 18 burpees, Walk from 2 to 7, 18 burpees
