YHC was excited to help support the resurgence of the Tobacco Road AO. It’s been great to have more solid numbers at the local AO, particularly on the morning after a holiday such as Halloween. YHC wanted to integrate Halloween, All Saints Day and the 11/1 date (November 1st).

Grab a rock to serve as a halo (*Saints have halos) and run a lap around the peanut with rock held overhead all the way to the Championship Soccer Field.

The Thang
YHC called out “Elevens” for cadence count dips at the benches sprint to midfield for T-Merkins. There was some solid mumble chatter about whether “elevens” should start and finish on 10 of an exercise and one of the complimentary exercise…but Q privilege lead to an 11/1 ratio.  We took a recover mosey around the peanut halfway through, but the Pax finished strong.

One last mosey around the peanut back to the rock pile to deposit each “halo” and circle up for Mary.  YHC wanted to get in 11 cumulative peanut laps, but ran out of time.
