In sub 50° temperatures, YHC drove up at 0523 and saw no cars initially. I wouldn’t have blamed them at all if 0530 came and went with a no show. The temptation to stay in bed almost got to me this AM. Luckily, around 0528 they began to roll in (including a clown car!). It was time to get down to it.

Now, YHC did not have a 100% workout planned at this point, all I did know was that we were going to be on the move continuously. Mosey to the first intersection and stop at the corner. 5 Burpees OYO!. Bear crawl up the hill to the main street. 5 Burpees OYO! Mosey to the Parts & Labor bars.

Pax moseyed around the corner where 5 Burpees OYO were waiting for them. Mosey to the Durham Central Park shelter for a quick round of bear crawls and Burpees. It was then out of the shadows a determined Nails emerged to join in on the fun.
A quick mosey over the the parking lot across the street where two rounds of Lieutenant Dans (and Burpees!) and one round of traveling Merkins. Mosey back to the parking lot for Mary… but not before 5 more Burpees OYO!

Prayer Requests:
YHC will unfortunately be out of town for a funeral the weekend of The Bull. Lift up Nails and the M who are beginning their journey of marriage counseling, along with a couple who’s friends of Cool-Jay. Both cases look optimistic. Pray for clarity and open communication. YHC took us out.
