Spring is in the air, dew is on the grass (as the PAX would find out) and men are gathered in a parking lot…the perfect recipe for a good time. Not gonna lie YHC was not entirely sure about what we were going to do today so a solo ruck from home was just the right amount of time to plan it out.
Quick check for FNGs (there were none) and we”re off…
Warm Up
Run around the school parking lot out to the street around to the other entrance back up to the AO to the track with a lap around the track to make sure everyone is nice and warm.

The Thang
To the aforementioned dewy field and line up on the goal line. Bear crawl cadence count to 10, turn 90 degrees to the right, side crawl(?) cadence count to 10, turn 90 degrees to the right crawl bear cadence count to 10, turn 90 degrees to the right side crawl cadence count to 10. Keep going until across goal line (or Boyardee yells “GOAL!”).
Partner up. Run down to the other goal line 10 partner derkins each. Run back to the other goal line and do it again. And again. And again. And again.
Back on the goal line both partners hold plank. One partner does 10 plank jacks, switch until you hit 100 as a team. Then move to low squat holds while one partner does 10 jump squats, switch until you hit 100. Then partners take turns doing 5 burpees each until you hit 50. When finished start again until Q says stop.
Run a lap back around the school parking lot and street (pro tip when Vandelay sees a street sweeper and suggests you pace along with it don”t do it). Back to the field, back on the line with your partner. One partner bear crawls while the other lunge walks behind (unless your partner is Yanni or Spooky in which case you jog behind). Switch when crawler gets tired. Go down the field and come on back. Everyone pick up the six to complete.
