Accomplishing Goals

On this my 25th Q of 2018 I’ve accomplished one of the goals I set out at the beginning of the year which was to Q 25 times.  Having this sense of accomplishment helps keep me going especially when it comes to working out at 530am.  I’m thankful for those who push to get me out here everyday and thankful to all of the new friends I’ve met along the way in F3.

The Thang

The theme behind this morning’s workout was to hit 4-5 spots around downtown and do each exercise in reps of 25.

Our 1st stop was at the benches at Mortco.  We grabbed some bench and did 2 sets.

Stop #2 was in the parking lot behind Blue Note Grill.  25 Air Dramas + 25 jump lunges(13 each leg)

Mosey up the hill to the parking lot near Beer Durham and partner up

Each PAX and there partner would complete 50 True Americans while their partner was running from one end of the lot to the other

Mosey to Central Park where we would stay with the same partner and climb the loop via bear crawl.  One partner crawls and the other partner completes 25 merkins and then runs to them(switch).  Once we completed a loop we would mosey back to ReCity for Mary.
