YHC has been on the trivia theme lately because I’ve found it to be fun and a way to engage all of the PAX in the workout. The past few have worked pretty well so this morning would be no different. This episode would be the ABCs of F3 focused on the Exicon.

YHC decided to focus on the Exicon this morning. Here’s the deal. We would cycle through the alphabet A-Z. For each letter the PAX had to come up with an official exercise from the Exicon that started with that letter. If within 5 second the PAX could not name a legitimate exercise then it was 5 burpees OYO and then YHC got to call the exercise from his weinke. There were quite a few burpees to be dealt. Reps varied by workout.

YHC likes to plan workouts that engage all of the PAX in some way and the trivia approach has always been one I’ve found to be successful. Hopefully it worked. Also, just a reminder of the importance of spending time for your family and loved ones. Time goes by entirely too fast and you don’t want to miss opportunities that you’ll never get back. Take time out from your busy schedules – even if just a few minutes – to do something special with your 2.0’s and M. Aye!
