This was the fourth workout that I led this week to challenge myself, as I turn 40 today (12/6). I call this workout 40’s, for obvious reasons.
Warm-up: 40 SSH and 40 pull-ups rows on rails
The Main Event:
Got a rock coupon; performed 25 burpees with a coupon in two sets
Fire Drills (2 rounds)
Go to the Wall
Balls on the Wall (10 count per PAX)
The People’s Chair with coupon bicep curl
Balls on the Wall (8 count per PAX)
