I.C.E. asked me to join him for a “rivalry” themed co-Q several weeks ago and I immediately responded with a “YES!” Mike is a great guy, so this was a welcomed opportunity to get to know him–and to remind I.C.E. about Virginia Tech’s prowess. However, in the previous two to three years, UVa’s athletics has greatly improved, of course, they won the NCAA b-ball championship in 2019.
Warm-up: 35 SSH for UVa basketball wins in 2018-19; 11 push-ups for VT’s 11-1 regular season in 2000 (warm-up to enter Sandman); One push-up for Jim Harbaugh’s record against Ohio State; (strike that with an immediate halt); 1 push-up for the number of times that UVa football has beaten VT since 2004 (1 halt)
ME: It’s 150 miles between Blacksburg and Charlottesville; for some reason Splashback asked if that was the distance “as the crow flies?” Umm…I don’t know how to measure “crow miles” my friend. It’s just the standard interstate and highway system.
Complete 150 jump squats in one minute and with a push-up added after one minute; this didn’t quite work out, because the PAX were feeling tired. Truthfully, I took the idea from Uzi this past weekend at the wolf. I’ll save it for a future beat down.
Next, we did elephant walk races in two teams (this idea I also took from the wolf, too); apparently, it’s also a hazing exercise for fraternities.

COT: ICE spoke about F3 as genuine fellowship–and he’s right (he was more eloquent than that and I’m in the middle of watching Lawrence of Arabia for about the 50th time, again.
