Warm Up: 10 IC Good morning, 10 IC Imperial Walker & 25 IC SSH

Main Event: Partner up. Each partner team will complete a series of exercises, 100 reps of each split evenly between each partner. The exercises, in order,  were Burpees, Lunges (both legs=1), Dry Docks, WWII, Monkey Humpers, Donkey Kicks and more Burpees.

Before beginning the burpees all pax ran around the traffic circle (1/6 mile). Then continued to run every four minutes regardless of what number of reps have been completed of each Burpees, Lunges, Dry Docks, WWII’s, Monkey Humpers & Burpees.

When returning from the run, pick up where you left off with your partner. If you were at 36 Burpees prior to running resume at 37 upon return until 100 reps have been completed or you run again. Advised Partner A should complete 10 reps while Partner B rests until each has completed a total of 50.

No time for Mary, the beat down took all of our time.
