The Thang #1 (Toes)
Team 1: plank holds (regular, left arm high, right arm high) with 10-count per PAX
Team 2: Foley Flutters, American Hammers, Freddy Mercuries
Flapjack.
Return mosey to parking lot.
The Thang #2 (Maraschino)
Pair up. First PAC does max Merkins in 2 minutes (APFT standard). Repeat for second PAX.
Each PAX takes max rep count, divides by 5, and rounds up (e.g., 57 merkins —> magic number of 12). Then:
- Mosey to end of parking lot
