YHC was planning his Q on Thursday night when RG3 pinged me asking if I would be up for another round of F3 Games between The Mustang and The Wall. I’m always up for that as I think a little competition forces PAX to work a little harder. We conspired and came up with a pretty cool plan.

Before the unsuspecting PAX could engage in F3 Games we had to get in a little circuit work first.

1st circuit

• Merkins x12
• Reverse Crunches x12 IC
• Prisoner Squats x12 IC
• Run a lap (from the north parking lot) to the circle and back

2nd circuit

• Ranger Merkins x12
• Frog Jumps x12
• High Knee Jump Squats x12 OYO
• Run a lap (from the north parking lot) to the circle and back

3rd circuit

• Diamond Merkins x12
• V-ups x12 IC
• Donkey Kicks x12
• Run a lap (from the north parking lot) to the circle and back

4th circuit

• Wide Merkins x12
• Flutter Kicks x12 IC
• Dips x12 IC
• Bear Crawl back to North Lot
• Crab Walk to stairs
• Run to Top of Stairs

Once we got to the top of the stairs we found The Wall Pax walking down to the field on the other side. Let the games begin!

Round 1

Each AO is its own team. There are four stations, where each team starts opposite of the other. Each team has to do all of the exercises and then buddy carry to the next station. The entire team has to finish before anyone can move onto the next station.

Station 1: 20 Jump Squats
Station 2: 50 Merkins
Station 3: 20 WWIIs
Station 4: 15 Burpees (OYO)

Team Mustang won the first round.

Round 2: Sprint Relay

Each AO splits into two groups, with groups on opposite sides of the field. Each PAX sprints the length of the field tags for the next PAX to take off. Team Wall took this round.

It was time for Team Mustang to head back for some Mary so we called it a draw and agreed we will meet again!

YHC always likes the idea of F3 games because it brings out the best in folks and pushes PAX a little harder. We all do F3 for the fitness but keep coming back because of the fellowship. F3 Games is just another example of this. Until next time. Aye!
