Mosey over to the fence along Culbreth Rd for Fence Derkins (3 Levels x15)
Sprint up the Hill to the Parking Lot
Partner Up for Dora – Partner 1 does exercises while partner 2 crawls/walks/runs the parking lot and then runs back. Switch until all exercises/reps completed.
– 100 WWIIs / Bear Crawl
– 200 Merkins / Crab Walk
– 300 Air Squats / Run
Mosey to the railing beside the school and then do 3 rounds of pull-ups (x15, x15, x5)
Mosey to the wall
– 1 min of Peoples’ Chair

Everyone is crazy busy these days and getting pulling in many directions. Too easy to just let time pass without considering what’s most important. For those of you with family (especially those with 2.0s) be sure to set aside time to spend with them. Time passes way to fast and you don’t want to have regrets later in life.
