YHC was looking forward to this Q for a while, with a plan of mostly partner work on Duke’s Campus in places we don’t usually go. 17 other PAX appeared from the gloom ready to kick their week off right. Upon arrival half of the Science Drive Lot was coned off, so we had a bit of a late start since people had to park farther away.

We moseyed over to the area in front of Cameron Indoor Stadium for a quick set of:

Then we continued moseying to the lawn in front of Duke Chapel, and held the high plank until the six arrived. When the six arrived, several PAX stood up. They quickly got back down when they realized YHC hadn’t said recover. While in high plank, YHC explained the day’s exercise. Partner up with someone of similar size. Each round involved one partner involved method of travel to 15 reps of merkins. The sequence was as follows:
