YHC was given himself positive encouragement to continue with the plan despite standing alone at 5:28. I convinced myself I would go regardless the pax count, but I was relieved to see two coming in hot. I find I push myself more in a group than I would on my own.

Fellowship run Franklin to Columbia, 10 burpees every cross street (there were 6 streets)

Return along Cameron fellowship run with burpees every cross streets (5 I think, I might have blacked out a little)
Fellowship run the bikeway with Plank Ricky Bobby to finish.

Continue to pray for those out of the country including Kitten, Slug and his students, and peach and his family. They have the opportunity to be a light in then world while they are providing medical aid, teaching, and serving. Also pray for healing for one of our 2.0s Ryan who has been diagnosed with depression.

I totally forgot name-o-rama today. There was only 3 of us and we all knew one another’s names, so it just escaped me. I’m thankful for all the pax I’ve come to know in the morning gloom.
