YHC woke up this morning still trying to figure out how he got here. 12 weeks ago it was hard to get into position for bear crawl and today leading a group 12 pax through the Bearmuda Triangle. Happy to report that we had no causalities at the Piranha today. As for my VQ I must say thank you to Cosmo for a solid EH and Scapula for the continued accountability.

Mosey to Filbert for a paced lap to stretch out the legs.
Mosey to back parking lot
ME – Bearmuda Triangle
One isosceles triangle with a cone at each angle
Bear crawl to first cone and do merkin
Duck walk to second cone and do burpee
Sprint back to final cone and do jump squat
Squat hold after each round until each PAX is complete
Continue for 11 rounds with final round completing 11 merkins, 11 burpees and 11 jump squats.

Hold Al Gore while PAX take turns making a lap around.Each PAX called out an exercise when it was their turn to circle the group. Other PAX did three reps of the exercise called. It was great range of exercises:
