When moseying makes you colder

3 PAX met under balmy 16F for a workout at #thejag. After the warm-up, we moseyed around the parking lot only to realize that it felt a lot colder when we were moving than we were standing (i.e., at that temperature you need to move for a long time before you actually warm up). Because YHC didn’t really have a title for this workout, he decided it to make this the title. Also, at that temperature, there was no time to waste.

The Thang

Squat, BC-buddy merkin ladder X10
In pairs, partner #1 goes BTTW while partner #2 performs LBCs. The goal is 300 LBCs as a team.
Bearpees. BC the length of the parking lot and do a burpee in each parking space. Rinse and repeat but 2 burpees the second time
