QIC: Cortés
PAX: Toast McQueen, Nickelback, Muzungu, Half Back, Pusher, Buffay, Milton, Cortés (YHC)

YHC’s first week as the newly appointed site Q and I am still trying to figure out if it is afterglow or soreness from the wolf. It is an honor to start the day with the fine PAXs of the Northern Province. Shovel flag planted 8 strong even after one detoured to the adjacent parking lot.

5:30 time to get after it.

Warm up

Fellowship pace mosey around large parking lot

SSH (IC) x 30

WMH (IC) x10

Porta John chinooks (IC) x 10

Reverse x10

Good mornings (IC) x10 with 30 second hold on final count

YHC explained the goal of the morning was to explore/show all that the AO has to offer. Then shamelessly encouraged all to fill the Q sheet.

The Thang: each stop around the AO

Courtyard: bear crawl up the incline, lunge walk along the building and run back down the stairs to the parking area. Squat hold for the 6

Grassy hill: bear crawl to the top then mosey to front of school

Front of school (benches): alternating step ups, dips, alternating step ups then erkins

Front of school (parking lot): Ricky Bobby around the entrance circle all left turns naturally 3 laps.

Driveway to back parking lot: duck walk Ricky Bobby

Construction zone: new fences are always going up and navigating around our old startex is different each week. Today we scaled one chain link fence

Baseball diamond: all out sprint from home to first baseline foul pole, then 3rd baseline foul pole and return to home plate.

Back of gym(brick wall): People’s chair 5 count each PAX, BTTW count each PAX. Mosey to track

Time was called and name-o-Rama and COT happened on the track.

COT:

Praise again for all that made the wolf possible

Prayers for Milton’s wife on upcoming surgery

Prayers for nubbin as he is in Africa

Check slack and let Cortés know if you are interested in the Darby project for the month of February.

NMS:

Time management was not my best this morning as the PAX suffered thru doing “some” counts as my watch lacks a second hand or a functional timer and I missed the final stop of the morning: the tennis courts. But I hope I was able to show off the fine Wednesday AO in the northern province this morning and encourage a few to pick up the Q in the coming weeks/months.
