Twenty PAX, including three EC interval runners and four EC ruckers, hit the track at the Cougar and took turns running and performing various exercises. Given the cooler temperature, we hardly noticed the extended warm-up and mary. Here’s what we did:

The Thang
Split into two groups and take turns traversing the track Ricky Bobby-style. While one group was in transit, the other group peformed as many as possible of the following exercises:

– WWIIs (appox. 60)
– Overhead Handclap (IC, appox. 50)
– BW Squats (appox. 80)
– Step Lunges (IC, appox 35)
