Sometimes things are not what they seem. Sometimes, as Star Wars has taught us, that thing is a moon. One thing for us that is not often what it seems is a pyramid, or a ladder of exercises. 7 PAX found out that what seems easy at first, or non-threatening, often turns out to be extremely hard and, in fact, quite threatening. Adding volume to later sets is always tough, and when you crescendo from pull ups to swerkins, it is even tougher. Kudos to all PAX who showed up and brought a ton of enthusiasm to The Eagle this AM.
Double Pyramids:
1-10 Jump Squats and Pull ups
Triple Pyramids:
- 1 lap, 10 merkins, 10 squats
- 2 laps, 20 merkins, 20 squats
- 3 laps, 30 merkins, 30 squats
- 4 laps, 40 merkins, 40 squats
Quadruple Pyramids:
- 10 Swerkins, 10 WWIIs, 10 Flutter Kicks, 10 Russian Hammers
- 20 Swerkins, 20 WWIIs, 20 Flutter Kicks, 20 Russian Hammers
