Warmup:

Good mornings (10)
Windmills (10)
Arm circles (ten each direction)
Cycled four basic exercises (got through five or six rounds):
1. Plank climbers:
PAX planked in front of a low wall. In cadence count lift one arm onto the wall, then lift other arm onto the wall, then one arm off of the wall, then other arm off of the wall back into plank. (25)
2. Cycled through: Flutter kicks, Hello Dollys, Box Cutters (15 or 20 depending on the exercise)
3. Merkins (10)
4. Dips (15 or 20)
Then PAX took a recovery jog past the playground to the third street light and back for another round starting with #1.
Mary: 1 and a half minutes of flutter kicks.
