The Thang
Been out and about this summer so I’ve been using a slightly modified Tabata to stay fit whilst away from my F3 brothers. Thought I’d bring that to the Earl. Yanni was not excited but it’s my Q so on with the show. Some quality 70’s rock in the background.
Alternating rounds of Jump squats and LBC’s x 4 each
Alternating rounds of reverse lunges and ankle taps x 4 each
Change of plans: pains to admit when I’m wrong but I have to be humble enough to admit Yanni was right Tabata just didn’t have the right feel for an F3 work out. So mosey to the 9/11 memorial.

Dragon walk up hill to the stop sign and mosey back to the parking lot
Change of plans: the music was a collection of very high quality songs, which if put in the right order, might have worked but at this point was kind of a dumpster fire so we switched to Master of Puppets track 1 and went from there.
At the parking lot Pax split into groups of 3 with 1 PAX at the top of the parking lot and two at the bottom. One of the group of two sprinted to the other end of the parking lot tagging in the other pax to sprinted to the other end and on and on for 3 minutes.
