1 pax jumping Lt. Dan (squat jump instead of a squat!) down and back while others on the tire rotate through 10 toe touches each leg, 10 box jumps, 10 step ups each leg
1 pax bear crawls then crab walks back while other pax cycles through 10 count merkins of the following variety: spiderman, diamond, regular
1 pax- Tire flip ~15yd, deadlift tire, farmer carry back; Repeat 2x
