Except for the humidity, the weather conditions were perfect as 8 PAX staggered in from BC. I have always enjoyed posting at the Earl (and not just because of Yanni’s good looks), so I was excited to get started and see how the morning workout would unfold.

COT
I just got back from a business trip to Los Angeles, and was struck by the “survival of the fittest” mentality. It truly is a concrete jungle out there. Sometimes we forget how lucky we are to live where we live, and more importantly, to have the support of F3 and our F3 brothers. Don’t ever take it for granted.
It was a privilege to lead you men today, and I appreciate all your support. Until next time… Aye!
