It was another cold morning in the Northern Province, so YHC decided that Mother Nature needed a reminder that it was March 26th, which is technically Spring in northern hemisphere. Six PAX gathered at The Rock and performed YHC’s March 26 March.
Warm up:
The PAX left the AO parking lot with a fellowship jog (hereafter referred to as “march”) to the playground near Waterstone and performed the following warm-up: 26 side-shuffle ho, 26 willie maze haze, and 26 arm circles.
The Thang:
Once sufficiently warm, the PAX were then instructed to march back to the AO where they will perform one of the following exercises:
26 burpees
26 Bulgarian squats (one legged squats) per leg
26 Thrusters with a 35lb weight
26 side-to-side merkins
After completing one of these exercises, the PAX marched back to the playground to perform 10 pull-ups on whatever playground apparatus available. Then repeated the march back to the AO to perform another one of the afore-mentioned exercises. Once each of the exercises were completed and the PAX completed a total of 40 pull-up the gathered together to pull-up the 6 (no man left behind in a F3 Spring march).

Given that YHC is posting this BB several days after our Spring march and it has been in the 70s the last few days, I’d say our little march was a success!
