WARMUP: Usual stuff.
THE THANG: Block & Roll
Partner up, with one block per pair. One man performs block exercise while other man performs movement across parking lot and then runs back to partner doing block exercises. Flapjack, and then rinse & repeat so that each man gets two iterations of block exercise and two iterations of movement per round.

Don't lose sight of some of the good things you've performed & accomplished in the past (to wit: I Q'd this workout many years ago when Splashback (ahem…Flounder) was an FNG. And somehow he still stayed with F3). Sometimes it might pay to just run it back!
