Pretty standard morning; a nice 61degrees with many of the regulars present. Cheerwine CoQ VQ with Singlet CoQ; the MET was designed with inspiration from Golden Boy's Road Trip around California. Singlet led Warmarama with side shuffle hops, imperial walkers, cobra, and willie Mayes Hayes. Cheerwine took over after with a 4 station workout, where we did 2 exercises and had a mode of transport as a group as we traveled from one to the next.
