YHC lacking inspiration for a Q theme resorted to the date (4/4) to build 45 minutes around 4s. Unbeknownst to YHC Quicken would be celebrating his birthday and used the same theme at The Thicket yesterday. So 4s was the way to go.
5 PAX attended a new look EC bar workout with Homegrown, inspired to up their AMRAP max over the course of the month.

COT:
I haven’t been Qing for very long. When I started, I was very focused on myself…feeling the individual pressure to lead or to do things right. Feeling the importance or the focus on myself. But as I have begun to Q I’ve realized it’s not really about the Q at all, it’s about the PAX. The biggest growth area for me hasn’t been to figure out how to count or to come up with enough things to do or even to memorize it – but to stay open and aware to the PAX, how they are doing, what needs to change, even how best to communicate what is in my head to them. An area I have much growth to do in while Qing. Broadening my awareness and becoming comfortable in that place between leading someone and serving someone…Qing is a vital part of F3, not just because it means the workouts happen, but because of the transformation that doing it creates and how that functions into personal growth. Aye!
