YHC arrived The Wall to greet the chickens (er…PAX) gathered under shelter from the spitting skies.
Coaxing of the PAX to the blacktop proved successful, despite all promises of a dry forecast and stargazing weather being for naught.
3 PAX emerged from the gloom of the pull up bars under Splashback’s excellent direction.
We got to working…

Bernie Sanders until the end of the block. T-claps for Marky Mark’s post-event research on definition of “block” but YHC still wondering where a block ends (where the sidewalk ends?)…
Ricky Bobby Back to AO – T-claps to Stinky Pete for leading us in picking up the 6.
We squeezed in a quick Mary on our sixes just to fulfill what has been written: Nobody leaves the Bing dry.

COT:
Sometimes you’re the bug, sometimes you’re the windshield as the saying goes. I think that as strong, male, leaders…F3 dudes probably are pretty used to being the windshield…and we’re good at it! But consider if you would the strength that comes in being the bug sometimes. Demonstrating humility, practicing submission, putting yourself in obedience to another – across your relationships at home/work/with friends. I would suggest that the strength that comes in these practices has the power to overwhelm the brute force of personality that is easy for us to rely on.
