17 PAX rolled the dice and took a chance on YHC. Warm up was 20 SSH, 8 WMH, 10 IW and 10 Manafort Good Mornings. The Thang: Four dice, one with a time, the other three with an exercise. We went around the circle, with each PAX having an opportunity to toss these foamy cubes out on the black top. When YHC announced we’d be doing a lap around “The Jag Circle of Death” between rolls, there was wide discontent among the PAX, with one even suggesting we block off the kiss n go lane. But those grumbles quickly turned to a healthy amount of mumble, chatter that is. We took 8 total trips around the circle. Only time for one Mary exercise, the beloved Asheville Abs. No music 👎 , no Merkins 👍 , one point earned toward TOI patch 👍 👍 .
