One of the benefits of our AO location is that it draws from all over. Today we were lucky to have Spud from Hillsborough, Deepdish and Singlet from Chapel Hill. Always great seeing our regulars each week and also great to see the road warriors. YHC had made a goal traveling down range more this year. Change is good!
7 EC ruckers emerged from the gloom us as we got things kicked off.

Message about how fragile life is, as witnessed on Monday night football when Damar Hamlin went into cardiac arrest during an NFL game. Got to try and live each day like it’s our last. If you’re hurting or on the IR, keep coming to F3. We need you as much as you need us. AYE!
