2 PAX conducted a fairly thorough inspection of our interim AO this morning on a little 2.75 mile EC Run

Cones were already set up on the corners to set out our Ricky Bobby course.
PAC took 1 fellowship lap around the field. Once we completed 1 lap, we began our workout. We started with 9 Burpees. At the completion of our Burpees we Ricky Bobby run completed 1.25 laps around the soccer field. At each stop we added an exercise and count to our Burpees and then Ricky Bobby ran another 1.25 laps. Our exercises were:
9 Burpees
18 Bonny Blair’s (single count)
27 Overhead presses (single count)
36 Fire Hydrants (18 each side, single count)
45 Flutter kicks (cadence count)
Then we cut off 1 length of field and 1 exercise and went back down our list, still Ricky Bobby style to get around the field.
Mosey back to the parking lot and that was our time for the day
