A full blood moon on election day…

A group of 18 PAX found themselves standing in the gloom brighten by a blood moon- what a way to start a day.
The warm up consisted of the usual after a reminder that YHC was not a professional and there were no FNG’s

Loonie was then asked to lead the group on a Ricky Bobby around the “filbert”. After some initial confusion, someone clearly stated, “Can confirm- that is the name of the lower parking lots”. Our goal was the basket ball courts.

Once we reached the basketball courts we circled up and counted off into four groups.
The plan was simple (at least in my head):
YHC tried to lead the group in some memory building activities to help ensure everyone had a firm understanding of the workout. However, that quickly went sideways, and folks jumped right into the workout.

Four rounds of travel around the basketball courts:
Round one: 5 burbees at each corner
Round two: Ten merkins
Round three: Ten squats
Round four: Ten LBCs
Between each corner, the mode of travel was up to each PAX but it had to be different on each side of the court.
After each round, head to the pull up bars for 5 pull ups.

When everyone was done we headed back to the start.
To help make up for the confusion at the start of the workout, YHC lead everyone in a round of 10 each 8-count man-makers.
Mary was up next with LBCs, flutter kicks, heals to heaven, and American hammers
A round of stretching / yoga took us the end of the workout.
