After overnight storms, another perfect late-summer morning emerged in Chatham. Temperature was about 67 degrees and a strong showing of the Rabbit faithful emerged in the gloom for YHC’s Q. We’d start and end slow with an intermission of fast running around the boulder park to measure out 400s. With a number of the PAX training for a Fall marathon, this would be a good routine to improve running form and increase V02 Max in preparation.
