In a play off of the Masters and upcoming Easter, I combined these into something I called the Maesters. The idea was to keep moving the entire time and you and your golf partner would push yourself through the following exercises. This was the first go of it and I will undoubtedly reflect and modify this for Friday at the Falcon but here is the workout.
Warmarama- SSH, WMH, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps
Main Event was two minutes of exercise with the idea to get through the number of rounds for each hole based on par. So for a par 3, you and your partner should do 3 rounds of said exercise and movement.
