The Thang:

Today is the 1st day of winter, which means one thing: we’ve only got 6 months to get in shape for beach season! We’ve got to start now if we want to impress the ladies (or gentlemen, non-binary folk, etc.) Commence Operation Beach Buff. Pax moved with intention to the coupon pile, then to the lower parking lot, where they found a station in each corner of the lot. Pax counted off by 4’s, then broke up into their respective corners. 4 corners, with 3 rounds per corner. All exercises were AMRAP except corner 4, which acted as the timer. When corner 4 Pax completed their exercise, everyone rotated clockwise to the next corner. After the 1st round was completed, everyone ran one short lap.

Corner 1 – The most important beach accessory of them all: glamour muscles
