Warm up:

Main Event:
80 years since 12/7/41
- 80 Merkins (done in descending sets 23, 19, 15, 11, 7, 3, 2)
- 12 Rounds
- 7 Sandbag Clean and Press
- 41 Reps (alternating among flutter kicks, mountain climbers, squats, and SSH)
Wrap it Up:

- Run to midfield, bear crawl back

Red October was given the opportunity to choose any exercise and took us out with 37 more flutters in honor of Uzi’s 37 years of marriage.
COT:
Always a great group at Vortex. This site seems to have a special place in the hearts of many PAX. A few years ago, Vortex had an imposing feel with 20+ PAX most weeks. With the addition of several new Tuesday AOs, Vortex has become a much smaller group each week, but that has just added to the family feel of the site. Certainly, no better place to view a meteor shower.
Reminder to make Mr. Rogers proud and be a good neighbor.
