YHC grabbed the Q for 2021 Black Friday with high hopes of getting the 2.0s excited enough to lead (at least they participated). As Thanksgiving wore on and they soaked up the family time with cousins aunts/uncles I knew it would fall to me. I did sign up to Q after all.
After a somewhat democratic process in the Northern Province a 7am start time was decided. YHC unilaterally decided we would go the full hour and work out from 7-8. Our theme this morning was Give Thanks.

E – Everest one lunge step one squat repeat with other leg halfway up hill from board of elections to school board
T – twinkle toes – Al Gore position then calf raises

Intermission for PAX “football”. Ultimate frisbee but with football. Split into two teams two steps only allowed after each score scoring team names the exercise and rep count for other team but must also complete ½ the reps. Fun was had by all to a rousing 4-1 score on a very uneven field. Fizz was concerned what letter football represented since he was already disappointed I didn’t plan anything for the _space_ he was accepting of “it was intermission”.
