Thanks to the men that inspire and motivate me to beat the fart sack most mornings. Celebrating my upcoming 5 year anniversary in F3 (6/27/16). All started with a Dabo-lead beat down at Men Of Bluffton and an Indian Run that made me aware of the damage I had done to my body with decades of bad habits and neglect.
