It was to date the warmest and brightest TBL workout of the year, and wanted to give a PAX a 2 for 1 deal on the hour we were to lose the next day.
Warm Up:
- 25x SSH
- 15x IW
- 10x WMH
- 10x GM
- 15x LBACircles, RLBACircles, SClaps, and OHClaps
ME:
Pax lined up on the south sideline and completed 3 rounds of a called out 30x exercise with a specified mode of travel.
- Round 1 – MOT walk lunge, complete 30x merkins OYO, walk lunge back.
- Round 2 – MOT bear crawl, complete 30x jump squats OYO, bear crawl back.
- Round 3 – MOT bunny hop, complete 30x mountain climbers (left and right leg count as 1 total), bunny hop back.
As much as we all wanted these 3 exercises to be integral parts of the Floyd Plank (and one could make the argument for that), YHC could hear the internal screaming of the PAX when they realized they were being prepped for the notorious Burp Back Mountain!
PAX paired off and switched off running up the hill and completing 150 burpees as a pair.
A quick mosey over to the rock pile where PAX grabbed a two-handed rock and circled up to complete 2 rounds of:
- 20x bicep curls
- 20x bent over rows
- 20x overhead press
PAX split into two groups and headed to the basketball court/restroom facility. Each group alternated between two rounds of 30 second hold people’s chair and balls to the wall. Moseyed back to the main field circle for Mary.

20x Russian/American/Thor/Whatever floats your boat hammers
50x flutter kicks
Plank hold ring of fire with each PAX completing 5 hand clap release merkins (kudos to Cosmo setting the standard on those to finish strong!)
COT:
Prayers for the two families known to the PAX who both had the sudden passing of loved ones. That they have the love and support of the friends, family and the community in navigating the legal and emotional hardships this comes with. The furthest update is still the same for Lee Fitch (son of F3 Timber). Continued prayers going out to them. YHC took us out.
