This weeks theme for my Q was going to be “combinations”. The thought was to try and combine our traditional exercises, try some new stuff, and see how it worked out. With an interesting pre-blast of an old school Combination Padlock, 19 PAX still showed up to see what YHC had in store. 5 PAX for EC Murph training. No FNGs (maybe next time)
Warm-O-Rama:

- Ex: My M can not mix salty and sweet things at all. 1 plate for pancakes, 1 plate for eggs. I on the other hand mix everything
- Also, I can’t get enough ketchup on my mac and cheese
- Mosey to the brick pile and grab 2 bricks. Idea will to be combine people chairs with an arm exercise

- After each exercise PAX were called on to give their combos. I remember a few things but better to be there in person to hear the answers.

I saw this post on twitter last night and thought it was fantastic. https://twitter.com/F3SaigonSam/status/1368273621291048960 F3 Jacksonville started a new site at a rescue mission. What an awesome idea. Combining F3 with a place that already does great things for men in need. This was their site launch and name-o-rama took like 10 minutes. Why? because so many FNGs. Guys ranging from 19-60. Freaking awesome. (This even game me a nightmare last night that 20 new guys showed up today and I had no clue what to do) What a great idea though. Combining 2 things men need into one easily accessible for men in that area. Huge props to these men and I hope we can get some motivation from this to look for areas we can improve efficiencies to accomplish one goal. Until next time Aye!
