YHC has seen several workouts circulating the interwebs and as of late I have collected a few for future Qs. Well no time like social distancing to try some of them out. YHC stole the Q from Busch League (our illustrious new site Q at the skunk) and put out a scaleable Q.
Pick your level and then complete breaking it up in as many sets required to finish.
- Level 1: 10 push ups, sit ups, squats + 1km run
- Level 2: 20 push ups, sit ups, squats + 2km run
- Level 3: 30 push ups, sit ups, squats + 3km run
- Level 4: 40 push ups, sit ups, squats + 4km run
- Level 5: 50 push ups, sit ups, squats + 5km run
- Level 6: 60 push ups, sit ups, squats + 6km run
- Level 7: 70 push ups, sit ups, squats + 7km run
- Level 8: 80 push ups, sit ups, squats + 8km run
- Level 9: 90 push ups, sit ups, squats + 9km run
- Level 10: 100 push ups, sit ups, squats + 10km run
Seems straightforward except YHC is NOT a runner, but pushing one another (although virtual) continues to be a strong part of the F3 as we are part of a group that (in my opinion) is designed to not only better ourselves but set us up to lead others well. Continue to push each other (distantly of course).

Keep checking in on slack and reaching out to others whom you would normally interact with but have not heard from in a while. Until next time. SYITG
