When planning this I discovered a super pattern that resulted in 50, 100, and 200 total reps. To me, doing 10, 20, 30 and then 40 of something sounds way better that doing 100. Well I was pretty pump about this numerical discovery and expected that others would share my feeling of elation. All I can figure is that I was surrounded by a group of mathematicians that already knew of this numerical pattern, cause no body was as excited as I was.

Mosey’d to the back road, sprinted to the arrows performing exercises at each
- Merkins: 10,20,30,40

Mosey’d to tennis courts. Bear craw the width of the 2 courts with 4 stops performing exercise.
Reps were 5,10,15,20
