Trail Head Bridge
YHC was envisioning a fantastic tunnel of love, but Limburger had an even better idea. Rather than hold a high plank position the Pax braced themselves on the rails of the bridge creating a much more impressive tunnel. So the Pax held form on the hand rails while the six completed a bear crawl to the front and thus traveled the tunnel until reaching the end of the bridge. Pax jogged together mwith some high knees/butt kicks until reaching the next destination.
Stickwork
Upon reaching Stickwork, the sculpture located along Riverwalk, 4 Pax members entered the center for burpees. The remaining Pax members completed defensive slides to remind the NBA Finals teams (especially Cleveland) how to get in the defensive position. After completing a full circle, the Pax entered the center and tagged out the Burpee group who then started their own defensive slide rotation. Repeated this 3x.
Nash & Kollock Bridge
The bridge fun wasn”t over just yet. The Pax jogged to the Nash and Kollock Riverwalk Bridge to get some more:
- Frog leaps up/job back/squats until everyone returns
- Bunny hops up/sprint to end of bridge to Puebla (aka black balls)
Puebla Black Balls/Parking Lot
YHC just couldn”t complete a Hillsborough workout without some Duck and Weave. The Pax assumed the position and began quacking (not really but its a better BB thinking about it now) and walking like a duck in a line while the six weaved through to the front.
The Pax ended in the parking lot where they painted some lines!
- Paint the lines with squat at the end of each
- Paint the lines with a burpees at the end of each
- Paint the lines with a burpee and squat at the end of each
- Paint the lines with a burpee, squat, and monkey humper at the end of each
