The area was hot with activity before the ME. Several Ruckers kicked off at 0500. Several others arrived early for pull-up EC.
Warm Up
30X IC SSH, 10X IC Imperial-Walkers, 10X slow air squats, 10X slow merkins, 10X IC arm-circles forward then backward.
Then run to the track.
The Thang
Part A: Track Chase
Four stations are set-up on the track (every 100m). Merkins on the north and south. Dips on the east and west.
Split into Four groups. Each group goes to a station. Pax complete 20 reps at their station before running to the next station around the track. The entire group must complete the 20 reps before leaving a station. Then a member of the group can sprint to try to catch the next group. If a group is caught by any member of the group behind them then 10 penalty burpees.
Eight stations were completed by all groups. Then fellowship jog to the far parking lot.
Part B: Doracides
Partner-up. One partner is running suicides to half-way and then end of the parking lot. Perform one burpee before turning around at half-way or the end of the parking lot. Other partner is chipping away at:

• 100 merkins
• 200 squats
• 300 LBCs

Part C: Cougar Kick-Ball
Split into two teams. Even though Spooky counted off “1” and “2” for 24 Pax we had 14 on team #1 and 10 on team #2. Who cares, “Play ball!”.
Team #2 takes the field. All fielders must perform three burpees when a pitch is thrown before anyone can field the ball. The pitcher calls out an exercise of 10 reps for players on Team #1 that are on-deck. Players must kick the ball and run while carrying a 25# dumbbell.
 
Team #1 gets three outs or until they make it through the entire batting order. Switch fielding and at-bat.
Sherman scores the only in-the-park home-run. Don”t forget carrying a 25# dumbbell. Great job!
Scuba almost rushes the mound when Boy-r-dee catches a fly-ball BEFORE performing three burpees. Hold him back! (jk)
