“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge…” By that measurement, the men at The Thicket certainly passed their Monday morning test. A total of 19 PAX were undeterred by a relentless combo of bear crawl and burpees in a downpour, all provided by Fat Cat, who seems to have spent the last two years eagerly plotting this moment when he could pay back the pain with his first Q.
There were four doing an EC Ruck, two doing EC Pullups. Then all 19 convened, the rain came down, and the beatdown began.

This is a family, there to provide support, encouragement (and beatdowns). It”s there to help you make the most of every morning, and get better every day.
F3 Churham is teaming up with the Special Ops Survivor group for a fundraiser at TOPO Back Bar on June 9, and then the seals will help lead the Q the next day at TBL.
For those that have asked, the wheels are in motion for the spring F3 gear order. Details to follow.
