The Thang:
Mosey up to the covered shelter. Complete the following:
10 derkins, 15 CC dips, 20 box jumps/step ups. Run to the 3rd street light. 10 burpees, 15 squats, 20 merkins. Run back to the start point.

Mosey back to the field at Woods Charter. YHC expected a mud pit but instead we only had a wet field to slog through. Complete a block of continuous movement where you go back and forth across half of the field based on different methods of travel. Occasionally, burpees are called and you stop and do 5 before continuing. Methods of travel included bear crawl, lunge walk, run, gorilla hops, crab walk and run.
