YHC arrived to Beano pumping iron in the bus parking lot. No clue what happened at EC, but apparently it involved Beano getting swole. 12 PAX showed up for a post-Easter workout. No eggs, no bunnies, just a good ole fashioned beat down.
Warm-Up: All done in cadence

The Thang:
After the warm-up was complete, the PAX strolled to the front of the school for some work on the wall. 10 cadence count dips, followed by 10 box jumps OYO. Then 10 dips, and 15 box jumps. Finally, 10 dips and 20 box jumps.
PAX then jogged to the side parking. First up was a parking lot spacer. PAX starts at one point on a parking space line. PAX runs/sidesteps/runs backward while tracing the lines of the parking lot. The next PAX starts once the guy in front of him finishes through a parking space. When you get to the end of the parking lot, start on the spaces on the opposite side. PAX plank until all have finished.
Next up the Burpee Dan. PAX start at the first island and lunge walk to the second island. Perform 1 burpee for every 4 lunge steps. On the return trip back to the first island, 2 burpees for every 4 lunge steps. When all PAX completed, another parking lot spacer. This time PAX switch the side of the parking lot since we discovered one side had more spaces than the other. YHC is all about equity.
Time for the main event of the main event: Paula Abduls. PAX bear crawl two parking spaces and complete 5 merkins then crawl bear back one parking space and complete 5 merkins. Continue until at the end of the parking lot. Run another parking lot tracer. Repeat Paula Abdul but now use gorilla crawl and crawl gorilla (this sucked). Finish with a fourth parking lot tracer.
Mosey back to the start just in time for mary. 25 Russian hammers in cadence.
