Twenty-five PAX braved the 25 degree temperature this morning at the Cougar. The goal was to keep moving to ward off the cold; hopefully YHC lived up to DOI”s pledge on the eve of this workout.
Warm-up:
– SSH
– Imperial Walker
– Step lunge
– Body weight squat
– Slow merkins
– Arm circle/rev
The thang:
From the parking lot, sprint to the bottom of the hill, then backwards-jog back up. Head to the picnic table benches for:
– Dips (x5 in cadence)
– Derkins (x5 single count)
– Box jumps (x5 OYO)
Repeat sprint and backwards-jog between a pyramid of bench exercises (x10, x15, x20, x15, x10, x5).
