20 PAX posted for a an impromptu YHC-Q”d morning on the Southern Side of Heaven after some Q-sheet confusion. With a little mumblechatter to kick things off… we proceeded to attack the following;
The Warmup
SSH (x30 IC)
Arm Circles (x10 Fwd IC; x10 Rev IC)
5 burpees (OYO)
Imperial Walkers (IC x10)
5 burpees (OYO)
BWS (x10 IC)
10 burpees (OYO)
The Thang
With a few faint ideas floating around in the back of YHC”s foggy mind, we stepped off and headed off into the gloom for a series of hill repeat Jacob”s ladders totaling 5 (1-4;2-3;3-2;4-1).
The ladders included:
- Burpees/Merkins
- Burpees/Squats
- Pullups/BTTW pushups (handstand pushups)
- Pullups/People”s Chair (hold 15 seconds per rep)
We finished off with an extra 5 pullups and headed back to the launch point for COT.
